Mr. Drayer has over 25 years of experience in domestic and global human resources leadership with both small and large organizations, public and private. He is a SHRM SCP in Human Resources and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Finance from the University of Cincinnati. His experience includes global compensation design and benefit strategy (total rewards), professional and executive staffing, talent management, leadership coaching, organizational culture/branding, HR capability transformation, HR policy and compliance, and HR administration. Mr. Drayer has led the global HR function for Fortune 500 and up-and-coming technology companies.
