Mr. Drayer has over 25 years of experience in domestic and global human resources leadership with both small, mid-sized, and large organizations. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and holds a Master’s Degree in Business, Finance from the University of Cincinnati. His experience includes professional and executive staffing, compensation and benefits strategy (total rewards), talent management, leadership coaching, organizational culture/branding, HR capability transformation, HR policy and compliance, and HR administration. Mr. Drayer has led the global HR function for Fortune 500 and up-and-coming technology companies.
